Static generation does not upload QR payloads, Wi-Fi passwords, contact details, or locally selected logos. Those values are not written to LlamaQR logs for this flow.

When you save an editable QR code, its destination, design and selected logo are stored with your workspace. Requests to editable QR links create analytics records: time, code revision, outcome, a broad bot classification and the referring hostname when present. These are requests to a link, not proof of a physical camera scan. The current redirect recorder does not store raw IP addresses or complete user-agent strings.

Support messages and abuse reports are stored for administrator review. Account settings provide an export and a verified deletion-request form. Current paid scan history has no age-based expiry. A QR code deliberately moved to Trash is recoverable for 30 days, after which its saved content and scan history are permanently removed.

This notice still needs the business operator’s details, confirmed retention periods and the final contracted provider list before public launch.
